Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to prepare for the ADC exams?

It depends upon how much time you are able to devote . In an average, anywhere between 6 to 9 months, with 3 to 4 hours a days CONSISTENTLY, is decent enough to prepare yourself for the written exam. For practicals, again it depends upon how much time you can devote for both OSCEs and technical tasks.

I have not been able to work after my graduation due to personal issues. Can I still appear for the exams?

Yes, although you will need to provide a reason to the ADC for your break. Candidates with 5 years or more of break, need to give an explanation via email to the ADC

Do I need to post my documents for initial assessment or mail them ?

You need to mail all your relevant documents in the correct format to the ADC. We help out our candidates at ADCASPIRANTS with their initial assessment as well (without charging anything extra) by providing them samples of documents approved by the ADC.

I can spare only 2 hours a day for studies. Is it good enough ?

Nothing can ever be enough but being consistent and studying SMARTLY can make your preparation stronger. We understand that busy practitioners or even new parents are unable to devote a lot of time , which is why we focus on studying smart and efficiently.

How long does it take to complete both the WRITTEN AND THE PRACTICAL exams?

It can take upto 2.5 to 3 years if all parts are completed in one go.

How many times can written and practical exam be given ?

Written exam validity expires after 3 years , hence, in that time period, multiple attempts can be taken for the practical exam.

What is the duration of the course/coaching?

We provide guidance to our candidates till the exam date, irrespective of whether they appear after 1 year or 2 years.
